[text] => Scheduled service call at a convenient time for me to replace garage door opener that was very old with major mechanical failure. The appointment was within a week of the call since the replacement was not urgent. The service tech was friendly and courteous. He completed the replacement within 2 hours and removed all of the installation debris and the old opener. He thoroughly explained operating and safety information. The replacement was billed at original estimate. The only increase for some unserviceable rollers. I am completely satisfied with the scheduling process and final installation. The only issue was that the previous installation did not have a grounded outlet close to the 6-foot opener cable. It was originally installed years ago and power was supplied by an extension which is not acceptable and I should have been aware of it.

[text] => On 1/12/23, David performed my yearly service & inspection on my two Overhead doors. He arrived on time and did a thorough service as usual. He also informed me about new door drive systems in the event my original ones were to fail. I highly recommend Davidu2019s knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend Overhead Door company of Harrisburg-York as they are the only garage door company I use!
