[text] => I got home from work this morning, walked in the garage and closed the door and the torque spring decided to blow up! I live in the country so I figured that the odds of me getting it fixed the same day were pretty slim. I made a phone call to A-1 and wow, these people are top notch. Not only did they get me on the schedule for this afternoon but the technicians that they sent to do the job were extremely personable and knowledgeable, an excellent combination in my book. Thanks again for providing excellent quality service keep up the good work!

[text] => Just wanna say how appreciative I am for Overhead Door company in Ashland VA. After i was played by multiple companies or subcontractors I called Overhead Door company this morning at 8 to fix my garage door that I couldnu2019t open and my car was inside So the spring was broken and metal wires were lose and on the floor. Lady that i talked to was very polite and professional and helped me with my problem in no time. So young man, named Will showed at my door in an hour , identified problemnand explained it to me in very polite and professional way. He replaced the spring and fixed loose wires in hour and half and everything worked perfect!!!!!nI would recommend this company and Will to all my friends and neighbors. [text] => if you need your overhead doors serviced or repaired these are the people you need. they were very prompt and knowledgeable. only negative thing for me was how much they charged, a bit pricy for what they did.

[text] => Quick repair to my garage door. Cables had come off, and the springs needed more tension to work properly.nnRepairman came out the next business day and fixed it quickly. He also lubed up the moving parts and did an inspection. He was very nice and didn't mind watching my kids watch his work.nnI got a receipt through email that detailed the work so I could put it in my house files.nnIt cost us $149, which is their hourly rate.nnI would use them again.
