[text] => I had the pleasure of being served by Overhead Door Company today. The spring on my garage door broke. I called and Justin answered. Hes so professional, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Justin had Willie come to my rescue. The two of them saved my life. Willie did an outstanding job fixing my garage door!! Hes also professional, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. This company now has me as customer!!! I was so very pleased. They are awesome!

[text] => Willy B from Overhead Door did a fantastic job fixing the seal of the garage door on our new house. He gave clear explanations of the work he planned to do up front & ensured that no time was wasted. When he determined that some work by a handyman would be needed before he could proceed, he provided the necessary instructions and helped us schedule a follow-up visit to finish the job. He also provided candid and helpful advice on how to solve some other issues on the garage he noticed while fixing the door. Will definitely call Overhead Door again and ask for him if we have any further issues, but thanks to their excellent work I dont expect well need it anytime soon.

[text] => Technician was great. He called with arrival time and was on time. He explained install and kept me aware as progress was made. Install was done very timely and he cleaned up work area then sprayed and wiped down door.nI would highly recommend Overhead Door.

[text] => Called for a broken spring replacement and was shocked to get a same day appointment. Within an hour of scheduling the appointment the technician, Willy R, called to let me know what time he would arrive. He arrived on time and was extremely helpful in repairing and adjusting my garage door. He also explained everything in detail and even broke down how to service my door annually so it remains as quiet as it was when he was done. If Willy R. shows up rest assured the job will be done right! Because of his knowledge and professionalism I wonu2019t be calling another company from here on if I have any garage door needs!
