[text] => I pulled a bonehead move and messed up my garage door programming and then broke the key off in the manual release. I called at 0730, which is nice they are open early. Scheduled for that morning. The tech, Derrick, came out, and even though this was a challenging setup due to no other way into the garageu2026 he sorted it out with panache, and we were in. He then helped us get the programming back on track, showed how to do the cars - super helpful and cheerful. Recommended!

He had a great knowledge of the repair and was completed quickly and the door opens/closes better than when it was brand new. 100% would recommend them.
