[text] => I pulled a bonehead move and messed up my garage door programming and then broke the key off in the manual release. I called at 0730, which is nice they are open early. Scheduled for that morning. The tech, Derrick, came out, and even though this was a challenging setup due to no other way into the garageu2026 he sorted it out with panache, and we were in. He then helped us get the programming back on track, showed how to do the cars - super helpful and cheerful. Recommended!

[text] => Excellent customer service, fast response and great experience. Called for appointment and tech arrived within the hour. Derrick was professional, friendly and explained the whole process. He had a great knowledge of the repair and was completed quickly and the door opens/closes better than when it was brand new. 100% would recommend them.

[text] => Derrick fixed our garage door that had been giving us fits for months. This young man came in and asked a few questions and then went right to work fixing our problem. Very knowledgeable, sharp, knew his business inside and out. Extremely polite. Cleaned up afterwards and everything worked perfectly. Would recommend this young man and their Company to everyone!
