[text] => After dealing with a persnicity garage door for a week at Christmas time I called overhead and they were there the same day. He worked on my opener for about half an hour then called the warranty department of the company it was made by. He got no where with them. I was not happy with the service of the other company and the opener was overheating and leaking oil. Instead of dealing with it I asked if he could install a new one. I thought i would have to have him come back out but he had everything necessary to replace it in his truck. I am very happy with the new one, it is much quieter. Eleto Smith was my installer, he was very good at his job and was not bothered by me sitting and witching him install the new one. I am amazed how quiet it is and I can open it with my phone.

[text] => Last week Tim installed a door for me in an old outbuilding. I had to remove the previous carriage doors and build the frame for the new door - which was a challenge for me! Tim reviewed my work on Monday and gave me some advice, then installed the door on Friday when it was a brutal 95 degree day.nHe was so pleasant to work with and did such a great job. I cannot give enough kudos for the experience I have had with Overhead Door and Tim in particular.
