[text] => The spring broke on our very heavy garage door. I called on a Monday and Connor, our service rep arrives the very next day, on time and very polite. Unfortunately he didnu2019t have the part necessary on his truck, but instead of giving up and rescheduling me, he actually waited at my house while another colleague brought the part to him. I was really shocked and impressed by the dedication of Connor and team to try their best to get the repair right the first time, and not extend the repair process. It was the most positive service-related interaction that Iu2019ve had in a very long time, and restored my faith that there are still people out there who have pride in their work. Thank you, Connor and Overhead Door!

[text] => Mike, our tech, was incredibly great. He called us to alert us to the fact that he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem (a broken spring) within seconds after entering the garage. He estimated that he would be able to complete the repair in about an hour, which turned out to be quite accurate. He displayed a high degree of professionalism, competence, and efficiency. In addition to the repair, he lubricated the hinges and performed preventive maintenance. In addition, he was friendly and pleasant. He even charmed our puppy! Before he arrived, we were feeling quite desperate. An hour later, the problem was solved and we were feeling relieved. The price was very reasonable - especially for an emergency repair at 5 pm on the day before Easter Sunday. My wife and I are very happy customers.

[text] => Overhead Doors of Washington was fantastic. The technician was prompt and very polite. He diagnosed and fixed our door very quickly then performed prescribed maintenance. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for your garage doors!

[text] => Thank you for a job well done! Our experience working with Al, Joey and Julian was great! Questions were answered thoroughly, the doors arrived for inspection within the time estimate provided, and the actual installation was done professionally and quickly. Joey and Julian were both a pleasure to have here all day and were great when they finished up and went over paperwork, maintenance and scheduling the follow up to install trim. As promised that was done the very next morning. I recommend Overhead Door Company for any of your garage door needs!
