[text] => As luck would have it, the spring broke and trapped me in the garage this morning. Scheduling a same day call was quick and easy (very professional, courteous staff). Mike (the tech) did a terrific job replacing the springs and servicing the door. He went above and beyond to ensure that I did not have to wait until tomorrow for the repair to be complete. He also was extraordinarily professional and courteous. Finally, the cost was competitive with other servicers. I highly recommend Mike and Overhead and Mike.

[text] => Overhead Door was excellent. They responded quickly to our request for service and had a technician available to come out the next day. The technician, Robert, arrived on the early end of the service window and promptly identified the problem with the garage door spring. He completed the job efficiently and within the price quoted on the phone. The garage door works perfectly now.

[text] => Overhead Door Company saved the day!nMy garage door opener had been installed by my dad in 1994. This morning as the door was closing it hung up then I heard a pop and everything was all jacked up. I saw the great reviews, so I called to see when I could get an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in the same morning. The technician Mike got here on time, he quickly assessed the situation, and got started. That young man is a very hard worker. He got everything installed and secured, made adjustments, and then went over everything he did.nThanks so much for getting my garage door working in one day.

[text] => Terrence did a great job replacing both springs of my garage door after one had broken. After the installation, he made sure the door was well functioning and was even able to fix the door coming down slanted (which a different garage door company claimed it was due to the ground being uneven). Terrence was also able to answer any questions I had about operating and maintaining the door. My garage door has never sounded this quiet and smooth ever since Overhead Door Company came by. The phone operator was also very professional. Overall I had a great experience with them!
