[text] => Overall, our experience was good. The staff were professional and knowledgeable in the process. The installation crew were fantastic and explained everything we needed to know well. There were 2 areas of hiccup that would benefit future customers if they addressed it.n1. External key pad is not waterproof. We will have to build something to protect it now that could have easily been incorporated into the key pad itselfn2. The staff member that came to measure the space said it was good. When the installation crew came, they identified an issue our contractor and the door company missed. This required changes and delayed the install. Had the person that came to measure from Overhead Door been properly trained, the issue could have been fixed before the door came in. Also, when he returned to confirm the correction was made, they didnu2019t tell him what the issue was; I explained it to ensure we didnu2019t have any more issues. Communication between Overhead Door staff should be improved.

[text] => Just finished my appointment with Overhead Doors and they do not disappoint. They installed our doors back in 2019 and they made it so easy for us.nAnd today David came by to lubricate the doors and to get ame a new remote. He was couteous, knowledgeable and helpful.nThanks again.nnTom G.
