[text] => Called up a Garage door repair vendor and the guy tried hard to sell me on a new upgrade motor, railing, spring, keypad, basically a completely new system. All I thought was needed was the main rail replaced. Guy said they dont carry it, its too old. Gave me a price well over $1000. My house and garage door opener is only 2 years old. Next call was to Overhead Door. Only 3 hours later Trevor arrived, and he was awesome! Highly knowledgeable, friendly, and confirmed all I needed was the rail replaced. He had the part on his truck, and was literally done in 30 minutes. The total price was a mere fraction of the 1st estimate. The door now works just like new. I could not be more impressed with Trevor. He displayed character and honesty, and did not try to oversell anything. Overhead Door company will be highly recommended by me to all my neighbors and friends. Companies like this are a rare today. Honesty, Quality, Friendly, Prompt, and very Reasonably priced. Simply fantastic! Thanks for a job well done!

[text] => Frederick overhead doors was accommodating and prompt the very next day. Brent was a super nice person and fixed our broken garage door spring with 2 new ones. When he was done, the garage door was running better and quieter than it has ever been. This company did a fantastic job!!! This time I needed a new garage door.nMark with the Residential department, was great in helping us select a door that match our style and fit our budget. 3 days ago we were informed that the door was ready and the installation was scheduled.nJay, the installer, along with his helper arrived on time and got to work right away.nThey were very focus and organized and completed the installation of the garage door and opener in about 6 hours.nThey took the time to walk me through the set up and operation of the new door.nIt was truly a pleasure to do business with Overhead Door.

They sent a technician (Trevor) out less than 2 hrs after they called to confirm my issue and he was able to get our door working again. Very professional and fast! Would highly recommend them if you run into any issues with your garage doors.
